Reliability and real-time performance of mine digital motor protector plays an important decisive role on the safety of coalmine.At present the motor protector used in the coalmine widespread exist low sampling accuracy,insufficient protection criterion,poor anti-jamming etc.problems.If long-time running it may cause motor insulation damage,motor fault,when seriously it may cause motor burn down,leakage accident,and even cause gas explosion,coalmine fire,casualties etc.major accident,make large amount of fund waste and unnecessary loss.It could completely be unable to meet the request of the increasing low cost,high precision,strong anti-jamming.The motor protector studied in this dissertation solves these exist problems.The mine digital motor protector is a kind of system which could monitoring the running state of motor real-time.This design divide the motor protector into hardware,software two parts to research.The part of hardware finish acquisition,regulate of analog signal which various protection needed.The part of software uses digital filter algorithm based on Pauta to remove interference signals and improves sampling accuracy effectively;and obtain motor control signal from corresponding protection algorithm,control executive circuit effectively use time filter;then finish the hardware circuit design of signal executive circuit.In this system,we use EMC analysis and design during drawing PCB board,inhibit EMI from board level,improve anti-jamming and reduce production cost at greatest degree,maximize the pricequality.Solve the problems of low sampling accuracy,insufficient protection criterion,poor anti-jamming in the electromagnetic etc.harsh environment which exist in motor protector.
