Abstract/Summary:
As an essential equipment of low voltage power grid of coal mine,intergrated feeder switch protector are facing with the demands including low power consumption,multi-function,usable interfaces and multitasking.According to the above requirements,a kind of integrated protector to power supply was designed,using Cotex-M3 chip MCU and source library function,based on μC/OS-Ⅲ real-time operating system.The hardware design was carried out according to the function analysis of the system.Combining the system function and the hardware,the protection function is divided into 13 different priority application tasks on the C/OS-III,such as data processing task,protection judgment class task,GUI refresh task and so on.And the design of the application task is discussed in detail.The characteristics of the operational frequency,importance and real-time requirements of the application task were analyzed.And according to the application task analysis,the the μC/OS-Ⅲ system and the system task were configured and designed that the clock beat timing frequency was configured to 200 Hz and a variety of kernel objects,such as the mutex quantity,the signal quantity,the task message queue and the event flag,were enable.In combination with system services,such as system tasks and kernel objects,to run and manage of tasks were designed that the communication and synchronization between tasks were realized through kernel objects such as semaphore,task message queue and event flag group and the different shared resources were managed through scheduler lock and mutex semaphoreThrough laboratory built platform,combined with the host computer detection system based on LabVIEW,the protection functions of the protector,such as the leakage protection,leakage protection and undervoltage protection,were tested.And the results show that the protector could accurately reflect the running condition of the power supply system and make the accurate judgment when the power supply system fault occurs.Through the rational configuration of the monitoring function of the task of the C/OS-III system,the operation of the software system was detected,using of the mu C/Probe.And the results show that the system has the characteristics of stable operation,reasonable CPU and memory utilization,good real-time performance of application tasks and Good human-computer interaction performance.
