In the Shanghe Oilfield,there are significant changes in the formation pressure system and the formation of high-pressure,and the formation of high pressure layer,leakage layer and multi-pressure coexistence of multi-pressure layer;The situation is very serious,sealing section length,pulp column pressure.The geological factors and development factors of the 25 th block of the commercial zone have led to the fact that the common cement slurry system and the process have been unable to meet the cementing quality requirements of the Shang 25-block,which seriously restricted the exploration and development of Shanghe Oilfield and the further improvement of economic benefits.In this paper,the problems of cementing in the adjustment of well 25 are studied deeply.The low-density cement slurry system is utilized to optimize the formulation of low-density cement slurry system by tight packing theory.According to the standard,low-density cement,the performance of the slurry system was evaluated synthetically.The results show that the designed low-density cement slurry system has good rheological property,low water loss,no free liquid,thickening time of slurry thickening time,strong anti-channeling ability,the strong internal structure of cement stone,High strength,comprehensive performance evaluation is better.At the same time,combined with gradient multi-coagulation mud technology,pre-liquid anti-pollution technology,improve the efficiency of the replacement technology and slurry design and other technical measures together to form a 25 block adjustment wells well channeling technology,and conducted a number of field experiments The The results of field experiments show that the low-density cement slurry system and the anti-channeling cementing technology have obvious effect on the cementing demand of the 25 th block adjustment wells,and the problem of the anti-channeling of the adjustment zone is solved.Through the study of the well-cementing technology,the paper has formed a set of technical and supporting measures to adjust the anti-channeling cementing technology with the strong theoretical basis and practical guidance significance for the cementing operation in the plate area Better theoretical and practical basis,and gradually improve the oil recovery and development level.
