Carbon dioxide as associated gas components of oil and gas are present in the formation water reservoir or formation water,Under the suitable environmental conditions of humidity and pressure it will produce corrosive effect of oil well cement,Leading to lower the cement compressive strength,increase permeability,along with the increase of the degree of carbonation,cement cemented components will be destructed,compressive strength eventually completely lost,and then induce fluid channeling,plastic formation of wall collapse and other accidents,thus shortening the life of the production of oil and gas wells,causing huge economic losses.Therefore,improving cement ability to anti-corrosion of CO2 become a urgent problem of oil and gas development.In this paper through research the CO2 corrosion mechanism of cement and analysis the kinetics of the CO2 corrosion cement,synthesis a suitable corrosion inhibitor(FH)and apply in a slurry system to evaluate its anti-corrosive properties of CO2.Firstly,through a single-factor method to optimize the optimal synthesis conditions:the monomer molar ratio n(F):n(H)= 1.6:1,the monomer H was added in three portions reaction system,plus an amount of respectively 70%,25%,5%,the reaction temperature was 65?,the amount of the monomer containing the-OH group of monomer P is 0.8%,the synthesis of anti-corrosive apparent viscosity is moderate,with good storage.stability;Synthetic corrosion inhibitor was applied to cement slurry system,evaluate its effect on the regular properties of slurry and CO2 corrosion resistance;Finally,the micro-shructures of the cement corrosion were characterized and analysed by SEM,X-ray diffraction and energy spectrum analysis to explain the corrosion inhibitor's anti-corrosion mechanism of CO2 and CO2 corrosion cement mechanism.The corrosion test results showed that added the corrosion inhibitors to the cement slurry system,the cement was stable,the thickening time was controllable;Under the corrosion curing conditions of 60 ? and C02 partial pressure is 1MPa,cement compressive strength decline was 4.01%,cement penetration rate of increase was-15.65%;Under the corrosion curing conditions of 80 ? and CO2 partial pressure is 3MPa,cement compressive strength decline was 9.11%,cement penetration rate of increase was-15.01%,Compared with the foundation cement,the cement compressive strength and penetration growth rate of recession are small,indicating that the corrosion inhibitor has good performance on anti-corrosion,achieved it desired goal.
