Research On The Risk Assessment And Control Of Continental Oil Exploration And Development

Onshore oil exploration and development has become the basic industry and pillar industry of our national economy.Oil exploration and development activities are influenced by various uncertainties,it produces many pollutants such as waste water,waste gases and solid waste which can pollutes soil,vegetation,groundwater and even the atmosphere.The petroleum corporations face huge environmental risks when they are developing onshore oil exploration.Therefore,this paper studies the risks of onshore oil exploration and development is helpful to improve the efficiency and benefit of onshore oil exploration and development.This paper is based on the research of relevant fields from home and abroad,combining the theory of environmental risk.First,combine the Fault Tree analysis method and Delphi method to identify the risk factors and results for the environment of onshore oil exploration and development,the risk factors including solid waste pollution,sudden accident,mining technology,ecological destruction and geological environment,and measure the consequences of environmental risk,it including environmental disruption,property damage and casualties.According to this to establish the evaluation index system for the environmental risk factors of onshore oil exploration and development and the evaluation index system of environmental risk's serious consequences.Meanwhile,the weight of index was determined by AHP method.However,according to <Establish the project environmental risk assessment>(HJ/T169-2004)and <Important identification of hazardous chemicals' source of danger> to classify the evaluation criteria of environmental risk factors.On the other hand,choose the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish the environmental risk assessment model for onshore oil exploration.With the example of CNPC,the model of environmental risk assessment for onshore oil exploration and development was verified.Finally,according to the evaluation results to put forward countermeasure of the environmental risk control,and hope to provide the references for the risk management of onshore exploration and development.
