Since entering21st century, people’s attention to the bra is higher and higher,personalized customized bra demand has entered people’s field of vision, presents thepotential market development direction. To make a bra personalized needs to includethe style, color and craft, such as full humanization and personalization, but one of themain direction of individuation, bra wearer is accord with human body engineeringand chest of a specific size bra, namely science and template of the fit of the bra.Underwear enterprises in bra, however, many problems existing in the structuredesign of bra structure has been affected by the quality and efficiency of design anddevelopment. These problems are mainly summarized as: in the process of brastructure design or modify too relying on subjective experience, lack of the analysis oftarget customer group chest form, fit and personalization is not enough; Repeatedchanges at the same time, reduce the efficiency of bra pattern design; And in thedesign of the bra, without all the bra that exist in the structure design of generalmotors, and classifies the characteristics extracted classification, produced a largenumber of repetitive work.In order to solve the problems existing in the enterprise, reduce the bra that existin the structure design of repetitive work, improve the efficiency of bra design, in thispaper, the bra structure in the design of the relational model is studied, based on therelational model driven bra structure design method. In this paper, through analyzingthe characteristics of the structural design of the bra, extract the bra structure design ingeneral, the universal design elements and classifies the classification, establish thebra structure design of the relational model at various levels, the bra structure designcan be automatically generated.In this paper, the main research contents include:1) through the enterprise in thepractice research, found that enterprises in the bra structure design and the problemsexisting in the production process, put forward the research significance, the purposeof clear topic research direction. Bra grading theory,2) is proposed to design of bragrading of the necessity and theoretical basis, and the classification of bra style form, in order to establish the parametric relations of bra design model lays thefoundation.3) based on the morphological characteristics and bra breast structurecharacteristics were analyzed, clear the relationship between the bra structure designand characteristic chest female, provide the basis for subsequent bra bra relationshipmodel at various levels.4) to analyze specific parts of all levels of the relationalmodel, and induces the interactive parametric relationship model parameters and itsinfluencing factors, based on the first, second and tertiary bra parametric relationshipmodel of structure design.5) in combination with all levels of the bra structure designof the relational model, realize the automation of bra pattern in the internal platemaking software, and evaluate the production of samples and verify the correctness ofthe established bra relationship model.Research results of this paper is the bra structure design of relational model,automatic generation in the relational model can automatically generate bra pattern atall levels, driven by the bra structure design and development for the enterpriseprovides a standardized, quantitative and efficient design method, improve theefficiency of the bra structure design, the designer’s design experience into brastructure design knowledge, to realize the sharing and reuse of knowledge. At thesame time, the injected new blood into the bra area of plate making, for the"people-oriented" personalized bra pattern design provides a new method and newtechnology.
