With the rapid development of globalization and the improvement of consumer awareness,consumer demand for products has raised to the level of emotional satisfaction.Color as one of the elements of product appearance,plays an important role in the consumers,and users,first reaction to the product,its emotional association and the impact on consumers is far greater than the shape and material.In the research of CNC,the research of appearance occupies an important position.According to the research of CNC,user's operating efficiency is influenced by the color and modeling,therefore color matching research of CNC has the important application significance.This topic is about product color matching research,which based on the study of color image,driven by the case of knowledge.Through the research of theory and experiment,establish the double color machine system based on case,in the process of the research main analysis CNC machine color matching rules,construct the color image features of CNC machine tool users and complete image value matching,complete construction of case library and retrieval,evaluation and optimization.Based on the discussion of the relationship between the color matching and the relevant factor such as the color area and the color of3 D model of the CNC,this paper provides the basis for the optimization of color matching.The main contents of this paper include:1)Color matching way and common color of CNC machine.The color matching method includes the color matching area,the color block connection method and the aesthetic rule.In the study,the classification results are obtained through the summary analysis.The main methods of color matching are multidimensional scaling analysis and cluster analysis,through which way the specific color phase values are obtained.2)Relationship of CNC machine color area and degree.In the study,we first study the relationship between matching area and beauty,the results showthat the positive color area and color have significant influence on the beauty.Then through the experiment study the influence between color saturation and brightness and the beauty.The results show that the relationship between the brightness and the beauty is related to the hue,and the influence of saturation is degree of beauty increase with the degree of saturation.Finally,the results are verified by physiological reaction used eye movement experiment.3)Construction of CNC color matching image features.Through the research of non color modeling image of CNC and the image demand of CNC operator,the color image features of CNC are constructed with the color image of CNC as supplement.4)Construction of CNC color matching system based on case.The system uses the case knowledge to study product color.In the study,a more comprehensive knowledge representation method of CNC is established,including product description,product color,product color matching,and product color matching way.Finally,case knowledge representation,case retrieval,evaluation,optimization and learning are studied.This paper puts forward new research ideas in the study of color matching of CNC machine tools,provides an objective basis for the optimization of CNC machine tool matching,effectively help designers to accurately grasp the color needs of users and consumers and improve the color matching efficiency.
