Green production and energy conservation and emissions reduction is the goal of the modern industrial development, petroleum chemical industry chemical industry and thermal power industry are active response to that use air cooling replace water-cooling what has made a great effect on saving water and energy saving, but the air cooler is also flawed. After years of exploration and improvement, the surface evaporative air cooler as improved new air cooler arises at the historicmoment,and it is widely used in many industries, water saving and energy saving effect obviously. At the same time, just as the surface evaporative air cooler air cooler, there is a problem in industrial production, the inlet temperature of the fluid in tube limits the conditions of use for production, this leads that add a dry air cooling in front of the surface evaporative air cooler what became precooling of type of evaporative air cooler has became inevitable.This paper analyzes the type of heat transfer, heat transfer joint air cooler, and also on the basis of analyzing inside and outside the pipe to heat coefficient, total heat transfer coefficient, total heat load and the total heat transfer area of the theoretical calculation. discusses the system of the fluid flow resistance, and making use of the MFC module development process design software, software friendly interface, easy to use. Can quickly generate design scheme, reduce a lot of manpower calculation, and set up a database such as fan, water pump.At the same time, the design and calculation of air cooler's fan and water pump are analyzed in theory, the calculation and selection of fan and water pump provides data support. In addition, the development of software was applied to the actual working condition, the design result is reasonable, to solve practical engineering problems.
