It is main, research the way of enhanced heat transfer on the shell-side or pipe-side, as well as research cooler preservative. To give a detailed statement of the current situation and the research results.(2) According to the current development situation and the product characteristics and processing capacity of the Shenyang Blower Works Group Co.Ltd., at the same time,think of the comparison,then for the oil cooler of the VK125 compressor, developed a bundle with vertical baffles and bare pipes, a bundle with vertical baffles and ripple pipes, a bundle with vertical baffles and pipes with wing inside endlong, a bundle with helical baffles and petal shaped fin (PF) pipes, and a bundle with helical baffles and bare pipes, total five kinds of combination of theoretical calculation, and the theoretical calculation, respectively.(3) According to the result of the calculation, the helical baffles and horizontal corrugated tube package is the best option.
