This paper studies the P-ecdysterone.First of all,the chemical modification on polyhydroxy loci of ?-ecdysterone is performed and then gets three isopropylidenations and two esterification products. At the same time, further optimizes dehydrating agent from isopropylidene reaction of ?-ecdysterone ortho hydroxy through Orthogonal Test and separates the best mobile phase of beta-ecdysterone analogues. The result shows that methyl benzene sulfonic acid sodium salt of pyridine is the best dehydrating agent to obtain ?-ecdysterone isopropylidene derivatives compared with phosphomolybdic acid;meanwhile, thin layer chromatography experiments proofs that chloroform and methanol are the best mobile phase of filtering and separating the ?-ecdysterone and its analogues.Secondly, taking Lactic Acid Bacteria and E.Coli as the tested bacteria, the impact of concentration gradient(1mg/L,10mg/L and 100mg/L)of ?-ecdysterone and its derivatives on the growth of bacteria is detected using Oxford Cfu Method, which evaluates the toxic of ?-ecdysterone and its derivatives on microecosystem. It shows that ?-ecdysterone and its derivatives do not inhibit or promote the growth of Lactic Acid Bacteria and E.Coli on the range of 1mg/L?100mg/L.Thus,it shows that P-ecdysterone and its derivatives do not pollute microecosystem within its concentration range of the insecticidal activity. What's more, treat sf9 with 10mg/L,100mg/L,1000mg/L of ?-ecdysterone and its derivatives for 12h and 24h,replace with the fresh culture medium without ?-ecdysterone and its derivatives for 6h,observe the cell morphology with inverted microscope and further study the biological activity and the action duration of ?-ecdysterone and its derivatives.
