A furniture factory in Beijing select to move to other province, it's technology project about production heating is outdated. So,adopting a new techniques about production heating is the biggest project in energy conservation, it is a effective way to improve the quality of production which is also economic and environmental,It is also opens up a new path in energy transformation for other furniture factury.This paper introduces the problems of heating technology in the original production, and then based on the analysis,choice three more economic and environmental technology.It anlyses the aspects of the environmental protection,energy saving,economy,production, policy, infrastructure and natural conditions, Through the analysis,obtained the following conclusions:They can ues ground source heat pump,but not Add water reservoir. They can use the biomass fuels which discarded from the factory. In addition they can use solar to assist biomass boilers in the production heating such as aspaint and drying process. The aim of the study is to avoid the blindness of the decision-making, reduce risk and improve project comprehensive benefit to provide a reference for the enterprise's investment decision.
