| Agricultural waste biomass is the most important and most neglected renewable energy source in rural areas.Agricultural waste biomass has a large volume and cheap price,and certain technologies can achieve low CO2 emissions during production and utilization.Increasing investment in the use of agricultural waste biomass can reduce dependence on fossil energy such as coal.However,if the treatment of agricultural waste biomass is not appropriate,such as direct combustion,it will cause serious air pollution problems.Therefore,how to realize the efficient and green utilization and proper treatment of agricultural waste biomass is worth studying.First of all,based on the principle of energy cascade utilization,this study proposes a regional energy system of biomass gasification and fuel cell coupling,which can meet the high-quality and green utilization of agricultural waste biomass,and provide new solutions for the energy supply in rural areas.The energy system in this study mainly includes biomass gasification subsystem,solid oxide fuel cell generation system,waste heat utilization subsystem.Biomass is synthesized into biomass gas in the gasification subsystem.Biomass gas is generated in the solid oxide fuel cell subsystem to meet the power demand of users.The high-temperature flue gas discharged from the power generation system enters the waste heat utilization subsystem to produce hot water.In this paper,the model of system flow is established in Aspen Plus,the performance of the system is calculated by software,and the sensitivity of key parameters to the system is analyzed.The results show that the total energy efficiency and exergy efficiency of the system are 67.3%and 29.21%,the net generation efficiency is 33%,the primary energy saving rate and CO2 emission reduction rate are 24.87%and 13.89%,respectively.Secondly,according to the existing regional energy system,this study puts forward the operation scheme in summer,winter and transition seasons,and evaluates the system performance from the first and second laws of thermodynamics,energy conservation,environmental protection and economy according to the operation mode of thermal power and electric heat.The results show that the heat and cooling produced by the energy system can not meet the load requirements in winter and summer,and additional energy supplement is needed.The primary energy saving rate of the whole energy supply system is 9.67%,the CO2 emission reduction rate is 8.48%,and the annual cost saving rate is 42.71%.Under the operation mode of thermal fixed electricity,the heating capacity,refrigerating capacity and electricity production of the system can meet the needs of users.The annual primary energy saving rate of the system is 17.53%,the annual CO2 emission reduction rate is 10.32%,and the annual cost saving rate is63.75%。... |
