New dry process cement is a kind of continuous, stable, large-scale, high degree of automation of cement production technology.As the more and more computer technology using in the pre-homogenization of the cement original fuel and raw, the cement raw's chemical composition, values, mineral composition fluctuations is greatly reduced in the production process,when a cement production line has running for some time, the influence of the technology process on production dropped to secondary contradictions, while the equipment supporting rising to the principal contradiction, so that the operation rate of the cement equipment becomes a decisive factor of the system energy consumption and the product cost.Therefore, the modern cement device management is coming into a more and more important job.Because of the human factors, traditional cement equipment inspection has an inefficient inspection, cannot upload the data at times, often occur undetected and error detection, and can not guarantee the personnel in place, which will cause the cement equipment accident by the device defects can not get timely treatment.It is a large safety hazard in cement plant.In this paper, we have the desigh and research of cement equipment inspection system based on RFID. According to the characteristics of the new dry process cement production, the design and research begin from predicting the potential risks device accurately, the timely development and implementation of viable maintenance and repair construction programs, high-level professional maintenance team management, accurate equipment archives, science and justice facilities management, the design and research adopt monitoring and modern information controling measures, use C #, SQLserver and SQLite databases in order to establish a cement factory equipment management information system. It provide guarantees to achieve the high efficiency, low failure, low consumption cement plant equipment.This paper analyzes the background and significance of the system, the abording and domestic research study, then come to the main content and the system overall technology roadmap of the research article. Subsequently, the paper begin the contents from three aspects,they are the PDA system based on RFID, data transmission system, the server system:1.Data transmission system:It is focusing on RFID anti-collision algorithm with asynchronous transmission moduel as a secondary, elaborate the data communication between servers and PDA; 2.The PDA system based on RFID: It describes the design ideas and processes in detail; 3.The server system: It takes the system database as the core, the design focuses on the data sheet, finally gives the system interface, so that the system has its practical application value.
