It network the existing glass deep processing equipment, and put forward the concept of "flexible glass processing production line" to enhance the production efficiency and reduce labor costs for the purpose. The system mainly combined with the advantages of distributed control, field bus control, Ethernet control system, in view of the structure and process of this production line, the whole control system can be divided into three parts, and probes into the function of each part of the plan, put forward the control structure of hardware and the design of software framework based on Atmega128. furthermore, it plan for communication network of the system. In this study, It designed a set of control system.This paper mainly analyzed and studied the following aspects in glass deep processing of flexible production line control system:Firstly, the technical process of flexible production line, production line equipment composition and its control principles were introduced, this paper puts forward a suitable for the production line control system structure, and analyses the control model of the control system.Secondly, for the control system, the architecture of the set of the most core part of the whole system control unit was design. According to the control requirements of the control model, designed the unit respectively from two aspects of hardware and software.Thirdly, in order to make the control unit to establish a reliable, stable transmission connection, and meet the control requirements of the control system, In designed the GPRS wireless communication module to achieve the goal of remote monitoring. And it mixed with RS485 field bus network, and based on the network, formulated the related communication protocol, the remote monitoring terminal can accurately control the scene of each equipment.Finally, based on the design of central control unit, set up test environment for hardware of the control system. And used the upper computer to the test platform, experiments in line with expectations, hardware test platform to meet expectations. |
