With the high average pump hanging depth of 1200m,low dynamic liquid level of 1100m and poor pumping efficiency of 32%,Xinmin oil field is a fault block oil-gas reservoir of low porosity and low permeability.After many years development,the well condition becomes poor,the general water percentage turns high and the other manufacturing parameters become irrational.In recent years,the number of inclined wells increases,counting for 51%of the total amount,making the phenomenon of well partial abrasion much more common.And because of the abrasion,the input in tube and rod rises increasingly,resulting in a direct economical loss more.Therefore,how to solve the tube partial abrasion problem plays an important role in the manufacture of Xinmin oil field.This article examines the current partial abrasion condition of the pumping well in Xinmin oil field,analyzes the main factors of partial abrasion and discusses the rules of well partial abrasion in Xinmin oil field.Based on the research results mentioned,the paper concludes the matching principles of anti-partial abrasion for pumping wells in Xinmin oil field and the relevant technology and management measures.As an important instruction for the management of pumping wells in Xinmin oil field,the article shows significant economical and social benefits after on-field experiments.
