Enhanced oil recovery is the core objective of development, through 23 years of development of Xinmin oil field, has been experienced basic well pattern phase, encryption adjustment phase, and the fine developing of current mid-high water cut of the development phase. Facing the difficult of producing for peripheral resources, it is important that we should dig remaining oil in the old area, enhance exploitation effect. In this paper, be based on enhancing exploitation effect, progress in the level of blocks’ stable production, reservoir evaluation, producing feature, adaptation of techniques are all researched. Analyzed the development capability from the reservoir, finded the reasons of weaken development effect from development law.Based on the technology of classification and evaluation for reservoir, this made the causal relation between development characteristics of different reservoir and the dynamic response and the essential factors of development display clearly. According to the study before, development program for different reservoir and developing technology have been established. As to sensible and low displacement efficiency reservoir, the work center is the improvement of waterflood efficiency; the reservoir with poorer quality and longer effective waterflood time, the supporting technology are perfecting well pattern, reservoir reform, in order to enhance the control degree of water flooding and single well productivity; for the worst reservoir, no responding characteristic in the history, exhausted exploitation has been attempted. This fruit has more governing effect for stable production of Xinmin oil field and characteristic technique line of development.
