In our country,oil pool types is various and complex,in the process of mining,a variety of technologies and measures were used to increase production and that lead to all sorts of contradictions increasingly prominent,oil layer suffer all kinds of damage which increase the difficulty of the oilfield exploitation.In the process of oilfield development,oil layer blockage is an important factor that declined productivity in oil well,and it severely restrict and hinder the development of oilfield.Ultrasonic oil extraction technology based on physical function was widely used,there is no external factors causing oil pollution,but also has the advantages of strong adaptability,simple process etc.The ultrasonic extraction technology has been in the field application has achieved a certain effect.Now,the ultrasonic extraction technology has been achieved a certain effect in the field application.This paper deeply delve the mechanism of the ultrasonic broken down and the viscosity based on ultrasonic principle and combined with theoretical research and laboratory experiments,then study the effect of ultrasonic impact on the rock core and crude oil respectively through the two aspects of the indoor experimental research.We study the influence of ultrasonic to crude oil and rock core.In the process of experiment,the experimental equipments of ultrasonic generator and others act on the core and crude oil respectively,for rock core experiment,three factors,ultrasonic frequency,sound intensity and duration,are investigated to improve the effect of core permeability,and according to the experimental results,Optimizing technological parameters of ultrasonic broken down,at the same time using optimization parameters optimization experiment,get the direct recovery rate of permeability when ultrasonic is used to rock core under the condition of setting parameters.Ultrasonic on core flooding results optimal parameters are:frequency is about 28k Hz,the cumulative effects time is about 50min and power is about 200W.In all parameters o ptimization design of core optimization experiments,the permeability recovery rate of the thr ee permeability section were 187.85%,177.51%,168.02%.In the experiment of crude oil,the factors,ultrasonic frequency,power,time,temperature and moisture content,etc,are studied to test the effects of the viscosity of crude oil,According to experimental results,optimizing technological parameters of ultrasonic viscosity break,Using optimization parameters optimization experiment at the same time,get the it is oil viscosity reduction rate concluded when ultrasonic is used to crude oil under the condition of setting Optimization parameters.The optimal parameters of Ultrasonic on crude oil are:frequency of about 20kHz,the cumula tive effects of time is 3min,power is about 100W,the moisture content is more than 60%,te mperature is about 60?.In all parameters optimization design of core optimization experime nts,when the constant temperature reaches to 60?,the viscosity reduction rate reaches to 55.8%,the maximum.
