Combustion in situ is a kind of oil displacement technology of layer burning.For this technology,lighting oil layer,holding and advancing burning with gas injection is necessary.On the premise of oil deposit having fire flooding condition and could be set fire to layer successfully,Combustion in situ production technology can produce the crude oil in stratum to the ground according to well complement,injection and oil production technology.The article content includes the following aspects:analysis of the technical state of Liaohe Oil Field combustion in suit technology at present;putting forward the research direction of ignition technology applicability,infusing tubular column optimization design,electrical ignition tubular column design and injection well corrosion resistance technology;raising the further research direction of fire flooding lift mode optimization,low fire flooding pump efficiency and corrosion and washout of fire flooding production well.The article is studying of well completion technology of injection and production well,according to tubular product optimization,form a kind of antiseptic and preventing high temperature well completion technology in injection and production well which is appropriate for Liaohe Oil Field fire flooding site condition,injection well completion tube stock 3Cr and production well TP100H can meet requirements.Aim at fire flooding specific condition,injection well blocking prevention completion technology and production well early sand prevention completion technology has been designed.At the same time injection technology of well was studying,analyzed and summarized the applicability of ignition technology that can apply to scene.Fire flooding injection tube column design has been optimized through stability of tube column.With the optimizing coordination of packer,insulated pipe and corrosion prevention tubular stock,some problems such as high temperature,corrosion and ignition low efficiency of electrical ignition have been solved.By means of tube stock optimization and tube column structural design,corrosion prevention technology of injection well has been optimized.On the basis of the open question of technology at present,the article analyzed the optimized method of Liaohe Oil Field fire flooding lifting modes.It has solved the question of fire flooding low pump efficiency and studied fire flooding oil production well corrosion and washout technology.Within the limit erosion speed,fire flooding production well tube stock can use 80H-3Cr,it can satisfy the requirement of fire flooding development for a long time.
