With the development of offshore oil equipment and drilling completion technology, deepwater oil and gas resources gradually become a new field of exploration and development.Moho Bilondo Field is one of the focus of the Congo deepwater exploration and development of oil fields,in water depth between 540 m ~ 730 m,and crude oil viscosity, low reservoir temperature, more serious in sand production, with some of the challenges in the completion and development methods. In the survey of the basis on deepwater well completion technology and the latest research findings, which focus on marine horizontal well sand completions and segmentation control completion method.According to the Moho Bilondo Oilfield characteristics,it designed well structure which adapted the region and the completion string structure based on the expansion of the sand control.it preferred the sand filter layer parameters of the expandable sand control in the basis of analysing the particle size distribution characteristics of Moho Bilondo oil sandstone reservoirs. For the uneven production pressure of horizontal section and the problem of water, research the sub-control method in the level of segment, and designed the parameters of the base pipe pore size and density. The application shows that the completion method not only has good sand performance, but also delay the bottom coning which may cause by water flooding.Deepwater completion of the production system is extremely complex, aiming at Moho Bilondo two main section, this article discusses the subsea production system and floating oil platform development program. The results of this research provided technical support for the Moho Bilondo field horizontal wells late development.
