Rod pumping has been one of the most traditional mode of mechanical production is widely used,is so far theart ificial lift methods have been dominant in oil production engineering.But the pumping system in the oil field of electricity consumption accounted for a large proportion,high investment,high energy consumption From the system point of view,in flow performance prediction,the subsequent mining with Nii and old wells similar well condition for the following three aspects:the relationship between inflow performance prediction capacity,moisture content,the formation pressure under the IPR curve;based on conventional pumping unitmotion law,establish the suspension point load and torque pumping unit calculation mathematical model,given the suspension point load,the torque variation and driving device matching method,the sucker rod pumping system design analysis;used to determine the bound aries of the binding force of anchor;methods of analysis,and the use of computing centralizer spacing number the optimization calculation,depth;weighting rod specification and length;establish the mathematical model for the calculation of directional well oil pumping rod load;in accordance with the American Petroleum Institute revised design of sucker rod string theory,the specific design and realization method of study of the sucker rod in directional well;development of optimization design software production well with independent intellectual property rights machine,effectively identifying the best working system,ensure the operation parameters of the organic combination of ground and underground wells,making machine,rod,pump well the whole system In order to balance,to achieve better coordination,reduce energy consumption,improve the efficiency of the system,at the same time,reduce maintenance cost,in order to meet the needs of oil production,in order to achieve energy saving,improve oilfield development and management level,work efficiency and economic benefits.
