In recent years,with the continuous improvement of our material and cultural living standards,the residents of our country pay more and more attention to environmental issues,and their requirements for living environment are getting higher and higher.Environmental pollution has gradually become a social problem that people are increasingly concerned about.An important part of environmental pollution is air pollution,in the impression of public,the thermal power plant have caused air pollution,a major source of pollution.Actually,the thermal power plant will produce a lot of exhaust gas when using coal or gas to generate electricity,which includes the nitrogen oxides.In Currently,Control of nitrogen oxide emissions is an important environmental policy in China,flue gas denitration is an important tool to achieve this goal.With more and more thermal power plant join the denitration team,how to select a scientific and effective denitration program,has become a important problem thermal power plant needs to seriously consider.Based on the value engineering,this paper makes a case study on the selection process of denitration in Mawan Power Plant,hoping to provide a helpful solution for the denitration scheme of power plant.This paper first introduces the theory and development of value engineering,taking the project of denitration in Mawan Power Plant as an example,and introduces the whole process of applying value engineering to select the denitration scheme of Mawan Power Plant.In the whole process of Mawan power plant denitration project,we use the value engineering to selection in different stages.In the early stages,we calculate the functional coefficient through the detailed analysis of the denitration efficiency,environmental protection,the influence of the original equipment and the technical performance of each denitration regimen.And then estimate the total life cycle cost of each denitration program.Finally,calculated the value coefficient and select the most suitable denitration scheme of the Mawan Power Plant.After determining the denitration scheme,we use value engineering on the reduction agent select project of Mawan Power Plant.Calculate the functional coefficient,cost coefficient,value coefficient of the three reduction agent schemes,and choose the most appropriate reduction agent program.And then through theory links practice,analysis each stage of the selection results is reasonable or not.As a result,we proved that value engineering is also fully applicable to the select of denitration regimens.This paper through the combination of theory and practice,synchronous application qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation,proved that value engineering is an effective method for denitration program selection,broadens the scope of value engineering applications,at the same time it provide a certain theoretical basis and method of reference for the same type of power plant's denitration project.
