In recent years, air pollution has become one of the most concernedenvironmental issue. Coal-fired power plants, as the subject of thermal powergeneration, would discharge large amounts of nitrogen oxides in the process ofoperation,which is one of the major pollution sources. Therefore, actions mustbe done to control the discharge of nitrogen oxides by coal-fired power plant asquickly as we can. As a core tool for dealing with the emission of nitrogen oxides(NOx) of thermal power plants, flue gas denitration becomes a key process whichthermal power industry requires in-depth exploration subsequently. Now,domestic power plants’ deNOx reconstruction is showing a trend of gradualexpansion, the popularity rate of denitration is increasing, the applicationprospect of power plants’ denitration technology is quite bright, how to choose aprocess of more effective and practical, energy saving and emission reduction fordenitration technology has become an aspect of primary consideration. For thisreason, this article gives a related study of comprehensive evaluation on thermalpower’s denitration project.The present thesis introduces four mainstreams of thermal power plants’denitration technology both at home and abroad firstly and theories and methodsrelated to comprehensive evaluation secondly. On this basis, take thermal powerplant’s denitration project as research object, it gives a comprehensive andin-depth research on denitration technology and comprehensive evaluationmethod. It establishes comprehensive evaluation index system of thermalpower’s denitration technology from eco-environment, economic benefits andtechnology three aspects. And it build denitration technology comprehensiveevaluation model and determines weights of each index values by using themethod of combining Analytic hierarchy process and Fuzzy triangular numbers.Finally, by taking denitration project of XiBaipo power plant as example,it maks a systematic analysis on the comprehensive evaluation and providesrelevant recommendations on deNOx’s technical reformation through denitrationtechnology comprehensive evaluation model. We focus on theenvironment-benefit analysis and economic-benefit analysis in the end, thus, itprovides reference of some theoretical basis and methods for the same style ofour country’s thermal power plants’ comprehensive evaluation on denitrationproject.
