Research On The Countermeasures Of Building Green Government In China

The first industrial revolution brought the human society into the era of industrial civilization.On the one hand,the industrial revolution and the system innovation greatly enhanced the ability of exploitation and utilization of natural resources,on the other hand,they also brought human beings a series of threatening human survival and development of the catastrophic problems such as resource constraints,environmental pollution,ecosystem degradation in the era of industrial civilization.In order to resolve this problem,the report of the 18 th CPC National Congress clearly pointed out that we must establish ecological civilization of “respecting for nature,complying with nature,protecting the natural,” put the construction of ecological civilization into the overall layout of socialism in Chinese.However,the current Chinese government is still a black government under the industrial civilization generally or it is a government which is transformed from a black government under the industrial civilization to a green government under the ecological civilization.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical value to study the Countermeasures of green government construction under the constraint of socialist ecological civilization.The first part: introduction.In the introduction,this paper describes the research background and significance,the research status at home and abroad and the research ideas,methods and structure arrangement,the line of the research,the innovation of the research.The second part: theoretical basis.The theoretical basis is an important theoretical basis for the research.In this paper,based on the Marx and Engels’ s"natural-person-society” social development theory,Marx and Engels’ s concept of ecological civilization,the ecological wisdom and ecological thought of Chinese traditional culture,I strengthen the theoretical basis for the construction of green government and build the theoretical framework of this study.The third part: the explanation of the reasons for the construction of green government in China.This analysis will focus on era basis,practical basis,practical basis,historical reference of constructing the green government,and explain the reasons for the construction of green government in China.At the same time,combined with the concept level,system level,road level,I explained problems existing in the construction of green government.The fourth part: the construction of green government in China.Based on the analysis of the three parts,this paper explains the construction of green government in China following three levels: strengthening the concept of socialist ecological civilization,building a green government development system,and choosing the green development path of the government...
