Affected by the regional tectonic and sedimentary environment,most of the sandstone reservoir in Huabei oil field is complex fault block reservoir which has complex structure,deep burial depth,poor physical property and strong heterogeneity.Moreover,most of them are in the stage of producing high water cut and has lots of difficulties to develop.As a result,according to the reservoir's geological and developmental features,measures should be taken to analyze remaining oil distribution and optimize flooding pattern.It is vital to control water cut escalating rate,improve water flooding swept area and finally improve water displacement recovery.According to the reservoir characteristics and developing rule of complex fault block reservoir in Huabei Oilfield,we draw on the foreign experience of improving water flooding technology and then apply new monitoring technique and aplenty oil well performance data to analyze the remaining oil distribution rule and quantize the remaining oil.Meanwhile,we analyze the affecting factors of water displacement recovery by laboratory experiment and optimize the development series,well pattern and injection-production adjustment.At last we build the technical policy optimizing process.By analyzing developing rule of testing blocks and the problems in development,we screen the developing measures fitting complex fault block reservoir in Huabei Oilfield.At last,filed cases are studied.Fifty one blocks are adjusted in monoblock,well pattern and injection-production relation are optimized.As a result,oil production rate of twenty eight blocks increases,decline of forty blocks decreases,water cut escalating rate of thirty five blocks decreases,developing effect of all the testing blocks is improved.The conclusion will guide production of complex fault block reservoir at high water-cut stage effectively.
