Yong-3 block is a complicated reservoir with multi-layers, medium and high permeability, thin oil. The block is developed under production condition of 2-production series, and there are 29 oil wells which are producing in 47 production wells. Oil production is 128t/d and the composite water cut is 92.6%. There are 32 injection wells and the number of running well is 12. The volume of injection is 1122 cubic meter everyday. The injection-production ratio is 0.64, the current recovery of OOIP is 31.9%, and the remaining recoverable reserves are 920000 t.There are following questions during the development of 30 years:1. The classification of target layers is lubberly, Physical property of the reservoir is diversity, and the usage of recoverable reserves is out of balance.2. Production condition of water and production wells are getting worse, net structure of production-injection wells is not perfect.3. Development standard is conditioned because of the unbalance of energy supply. In paper the following methods are used: method of delicate geology description,development logging, statistic and analysis on dynamic data, synthetically analysis of laboratory findings about driving oil with water indoors, petroleum reservoir engineering method and numerical simulation. Regularity of remaining oil distribution is researched from three aspects such as between-layer, in-layer and plane, and rich areas of remaining oil are fined; computing with dynamic method and statistic empirical formula is used to evaluate the potentiality of EOR, the main direction of developing remaining oil is pointed out .The feasibility and correlation technique researching is opened on the theory, and pressure keeping technology is researched after subdivide layers, and feasibility about horizontal well in special high containing water period, and make sure the layers and eras for horizontal well developing, the adjusting projects is researched and optimized at last. Make the finally adjusting and developing projection. The recovery ratio will enhanced by 4.3% in prediction.
