China's heavy oil resources are very rich.With the gradual reduction of recoverable reserves of conventional oil and gas resources,heavy oil is a kind of unconventional oil and gas resources with great development value,which can effectively alleviate China's energy pressure and improve China's economic development.The XX fault block reservoir belongs to the middle and deep layer heavy oil reservoirs.It is difficult to develop thermal recovery and has low economic benefits.Therefore,it is developed by water injection.The main problem in the current development of the XX fault block reservoir is that it is affected by the longitudinal heterogeneity.The development of the I and II layers are not balanced,and the overall development of the II reservoirs is poor,and the utilization rate of the injected water is low.The water cut of oil fields rises fast.In view of the above problems,the main research contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Analyze the natural energy,water flood control degree,production decline law,injection capacity and other indicators of XX fault block,further clarify the main problems existing in the target block,and indicate the future research direction;(2)A new water cut prediction model that meets the characteristics of the target block is established.The accuracy is higher than the conventional model,which can provide a theoretical basis for the oilfield to take enhanced oil recovery measures;(3)Establishing conceptual model and feature model,and analyze the geological and development factors affecting flooding,and clarify the remaining oil distribution law of such fault block reservoirs,which can provide a basis for practical model research;(4)High-precision history matching of oil production and water cut in the whole area of XX block and single well,the overall fitting error is less than 5%,which provides an accurate model for the study of remaining oil distribution;(5)Based on the research of feature model and history matching,the flooding law and remaining oil distribution law of the target block plane and longitudinal direction are clarified,and the flooding level is divided,and the “fourpoint five-class method” is applied to classify the remaining oil;(6)For the different types of remaining oil,three development plans of building new wells,periodic water injection and liquid production increasing were developed,and the development parameters were optimized,which could increase oil by 314,000 tons,264,500 tons and 185,000 tons respectively.
