In the working process of the coal mine,the downhole poisonous or flammable gases are serious threats to the staff's personal safety.In accordance with the state relevant gas detection and monitoring standards,it is very important to do a good job of supervision of combustible and poisonous gas leakage.The current environmental safety monitoring in the coalmine is main distributed gas detector and portable gas detector,but for such an environment monitoring device design and manufacture starting late,there is greater space for optimization.So based on the status quo of domestic coal mine environmental monitoring device,the paper puts forward the design of the environment emergency wireless network s in the coalmine.The underground environmental safety monitoring device designed in this paper has the functions of environmental information collection,video information collection and storage,real-time voice calls,real-time data transmission,emergency wireless network and intelligent alarm.It researches and designs the hardware circuit of each function module,adopts STM32F103ZBT6 microcontroller based on Cortex-M3 kernel architecture as the main controller,configures the display screen and touch screen to control type TFT LCD through controlling the module circuit,designs the camera module and gas sensor to collect environmental information and also designs the LED and buzzer for the alarm circuit module,and uses 2.4 G wireless module to set up emergency wireless network,etc.In the software design of the device,based on the Keil-MDK development platform,this design completes the program development of every module device,and implements a lot of functions such as the system environmental information acquisition and transmission,the touch screen display and control,the intelligent alarm,and the emergency wireless network application.Moreover,this design adopts the modular programming ideas,so as to facilitate the later debugging and modification.Through the device hardware and software testing and the device performance checking,the final result shows that:In the experimental environment,the device can meet the design requirements in the gas detection precision,camera quality,data transmission timeliness,voice quality,alarm accuracy,etc.
