| The Immune colloidal gold technique(GICA) is a new technology for rapidimmunological detection which just have developed in recent years. Its results can bedirectly judged by the naked eyes, fast and easily. Nowadays, the technology is widelyused in food safety, environmental pollution detection and disease diagnosis and otherfields. However, the technology is in the qualitative detection level, which greatly restrictsits application and development.In this article, it is the existing technology of immunochromatography quantitativedetection and the development situation of quantitative detection equipment with thetechnology that is investigated carefully. Through studying and improving of the hardwaredesign, a portable device for quantitatively detecting the immunochromatographic teststrip is proposed based on the optical detection. For the device, the STM32microcontroller is its core controller, and the CMOS sensor captures the color images ofthe strip when LED works as the light, and the SD card and Flash can save the data, andLCD touch screen is a display device, and the USB and UART interfaces are the externalcommunications interfaces. Consequently, the device can capture and semi-quantitativelydetect the color images of the colloidal gold test strip and can save the results. In addition,preliminary study for wireless printer module has been caught out and the pre-feasibilitystudy of the program has been achieved. |
