Fire is one of the frequent and more harmful disasters in people’s lives,and it causes huge property losses and casualties every year.Therefore,in order to reduce the injuries and losses caused by fire,it is extremely important to detect and alarm the fire efficiently in the early stage of the fire.At present,traditional fire alarm systems have poor real-time alarm and high false alarm rate.The image fire alarm systems based on computer have problems such as large size,high cost,and difficulty in installation and migration.What’s more,the majority of fire alarm systems at present still use wired connection for data transmission,which has problems such as complicated wiring and inconvenient maintenance.To solve these problems mentioned above,an embedded image fire alarm system based on NB-IoT is designed in this paper.The system is composed of the image flame alarm,NB-IoT wireless transmission module,OneNET cloud platform,mobile phone terminal and monitoring host.Among them,the image flame alarm uses the OV5640 camera module as the image acquisition source,and uses the STM32F446RET6 embedded microprocessor produced by ST company as the main controller.After the main controller processes and recognizes the collected image,it judges whether there is flame in the collected image,so as to realize fire detection and alarm.And by using the NB-IoT wireless transmission module based on the M5310A module,the fire alarm information of the image flame alarm can be uploaded to the OneNET cloud platform,and the OneNET cloud platform can transmit them to the mobile phone terminal and the monitoring host,so as to realize real-time monitoring of fire alarm conditions.At the same time,the hardware circuit design and PCB drawing of the image flame alarm and the NB-IoT wireless transmission module were completed on the Altium Designer software;The writing and debugging of the image flame alarm control program and the NB-IoT communication program were completed on the Keil MDK software;The fire alarm monitoring interface design of the mobile phone terminal and the monitoring host were completed on the Android Studio software;Finally,the software and hardware debugging and system function testing of the entire system were carried out.The test results show that the system can operate stably with high fire alarm accuracy,low false alarm rate,and good real-time performance.And it can realize the rapid detection and alarm of the fire flame in the early stage of the fire.At the same time,the real-time monitoring of the fire alarm situation can be realized through the mobile phone terminal and the monitoring host.And the system also has the advantages of small size,wide coverage,low power consumption,low cost,etc.,which makes it have wide application prospects in the field of fire alarm equipment.
