Analysis Of Ecological Sustainable Development And Countermeasures In Jiangsu

Based on the ecological footprint theory,the "statistical yearbook of Jiangsu province(2005-2014)for the data based on the index calculation,time series,qualitative analysis and other research methods,research on the ecological sustainable development of Jiangsu province;calculation of 2005～2014 of Jiangsu Province,the per capita ecological footprint per capita the per capita ecological carrying capacity,ecological deficit/surplus;from 2005 to 2014 in Jiangsu Province ten years relevant indicators of ecological footprint research data,using long time series,prediction model was established in Jiangsu province from 2017 to 2030 the ecological footprint,ecological capacity,ecological deficit,using the prediction model,prediction and analysis of sustainable development from 2017 to 2030 Jiangsu province.The research conclusion is:1、Jiangsu Province in 2005 to 2014 in 10 years,Jiangsu province has been in a state of ecological deficit,which is not sustainable,the ecological deficit per capita of Jiangsu province in 2014 is 2.67469Ha,which is the production of ecological land area per capita consumption need than Jiangsu province can supply area of less 2.67469Ha,analysis of all kinds of ecological productive land supply area of Jiangsu Province,to the ecological deficit is mainly concentrated in the fossil energy land deficit;2,、In the next 14 years,the per capita ecological footprint of Jiangsu province will continue to rise,while the per capita ecological capacity although increased,but the increase rate is slow,can not adapt to the development speed of per capita the ecological footprint,so in the next 14 years,Jiangsu province will remain in a state of unsustainable development;According to the conclusions of the proposed 1、Jiangsu should accelerate the transformation of energy structure,reduce dependence on coal and other non renewable energy,vigorously develop clean energy control measures.2、Jiangsu province is the main energy consumption deficit in the account of the fossil energy land,large population in Jiangsu province based industry concentrated in the economically developed Jiangsu Province,and covers an area of small,natural resources and mineral resources is not dominant,so it should be the protection of arable land,grassland,farmland and pasture,expand ecological productive land the supply area.
