As the main supplier of social and economic development,ecological system is closely related to the life of human beings and regional development.With four times progress of the industrial revolution,the demands of human beings for natural resources continue to expand and the dependence of ecological environmental system is gradually deepened.Therefore,the system is also impacted by the reaction of human beings in economic and social activities side.Therefore,in the sense of ecosystem,the reaction always manifested as the suitable degree from ecosystem to human survival and socioeconomic sustainable development,which is shown as eco-environmental quality.Apart from that,eco-environmental quality changes timely also correspond with the change of space.In the period of the 11th Five-Year and the 12th Five-Year,the coordinate and harmonious relationship between economic development and ecological environmental protection has traditionally been the focus of discussion in the whole society.Besides,it is obvious that the improvement of eco-environmental quality is a vital measure of the development of the national economy in the 13th Five-Year period.And this is of great expressive of the coordinated development of economy and ecological environment construction in China.What's more,since June 2016 the rapid economic and social development of the new Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations has been of great strategic significance for social and economic development in China and this trend really makes sense.Apart from that,the previous researches which is based on the analysis of eco-environmental quality of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations always reflect on some modest fields.As a result,this kind of analysis path lacks of comprehensive and systematic analysis for the regional eco-environmental quality level.As a result,we try to make an analysis of the level of eco-enviromental quality in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations,and this has become the key to the whole discussion.The theoretical analysis part:we not only describe the concept of the ecological environment and the connotation and denotation of eco-environmental quality,but also give a clear presentation of its basic theories.Apart from that,we illustrate the related research progress at home and abroad.This gives us a foundation of the subsequent research.According to the pressure-state-response(PSR)model,we construct a specific eco-environmental quality index system for the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations firstly.On the basis of this kind of index system,we take advantage of the entropy method to make an analysis on the level of eco-environmental quality in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations during 2006-2015.Based on these,we demonstrate the 10 years variation trend of the eco-environmental quality.In addition,by using the Gini coefficient we measure the imbalance of the spatial distribution in the eco-environmental quality aspect of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations.To demonstrate more directly,we take advantage of the Hot Spot analysis method based on Arcgis technology and this method shows us the changes from hot spot to cold spot gathering area in the period of 2006,2009,2012 and 2015 vividly.All of these format a systematic research of the level of eco-environmental quality.Last but not lest,based on the grey system theory,the correlation analysis method is used to estimate the degree of correlation between the influence factors and the level of eco-environmental quality.Finally,based on those conclusions of the quantitative analysis in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations,we promptly propose some reasonable scheme which is essential to make progress in the eco-environmental quality level of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations.The empirical analysis part:based on the theoretical model and framework,we draw the following conclusion:First of all,it is obvious that the changes of the comprehensive score of eco-environmental quality level in the 26 cities of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations varies significantly and the specific circumstances are as following:among these regions,Anhui province keeps its tendency as follow:the developed trend focus on the escalating situation.However,this kind of trend varies from regions to regions.Some places such as Shanghai and Jiangsu province are focused on the situation of a moderating trend.Apart from that,there is a specific phenomenon:Zhejiang province is mostly focus on the trend of escalating situation in some periods,while other periods are focused on the situation of a moderating trend.On one hand,the balanced degree of eco-environmental quality in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations from 2006 to 2015 is quite high.On the other hand,the hot spot region and the secondary hot spot region of eco-environmental quality,in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations,are mainly in the southern part of the whole region.However,warm spot regions in different time sections are belonging to different spaces,which show the distribution of distinctive regions.While the secondary cold spot regions and cold spot regions are mainly concentrated in the north part of the whole region.Thirdly,the main factors that influence the eco-environmental quality level of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations are the industrial structure and social development factors.Finally,according to the conclusions of empirical analysis,we promptly put forward some reasonable schemes to alter and enhance the eco-environmental quality of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations,those policies and suggestions are as following:Firstly,promote the urban economic development by fostering its industry and then take highly advantage of the natural resources in those regions,which is combined tightly with the regional characteristic of its service industry.To some extent,this kind of method will promote the balanced development of regional population.Secondly,strengthen the capital investment of ecological issues management and pollution prevention.Prompt implementation of several rounds of 'environmental action plan'.All of those plannings are built on specific projects.These will promote the level of eco-environmental quality of the entire region.Thirdly,promote urban economic development in policy-guarantee formulation.Building global assessment rating system,constructing cooperation mechanism as well as establishing of ecological construction investigative group are vital importance.Thus the 'Internet plus technology and human' mode will firmly support the green development in the entire region.
