The purpose of this project is to develop a new method of deinking wax heating.In this paper,based on the electromagnetic effect of variable resistance tubing heating method as the theoretical basis,the fuzzy PID theory of the control method used to achieve accurate temperature control,and the main circuit design to improve the efficiency of crude oil extraction to achieve energy efficient and efficient results.The power to change the traditional heating power to hollow sucker rod as the carrier of the method,directly on the tubing heating,the use of electromagnetic effect to produce heat resistance,heating the crude oil to reduce viscosity.This method can effectively solve the tubing wall and sucker rod wax problem,reduce the pumping load.The core of the electromagnetic effect variable resistance principle is the skin effect and the adjacent effect,to analyze the principle of the skin effect and the principle of the adjacent effect of proximity,the tubing circuit as a model to analyze the heating mechanism from the perspective of electromagnetic,for the application of the square wave alternating current to design the electromagnetic effect variable resistance heating system paving the way.The variable resistance heating system based on electromagnetic effect is a nonlinear,multivariable,large lag and strong interference control object.It is difficult to achieve the control requirement by using the conventional control strategy.The system is designed based on the fuzzy PID controller,according to the set temperature and the current load temperature of the inverter to adjust the power regulator.Through the research on the working principle of IF heating power supply,PLC is used as the control core,AC-DC-AC frequency conversion circuit is the main circuit,and a tubing intermediate frequency heating power is designed.In this paper,the temperature control strategy is simulated by MATLAB,and the design of the main circuit hardware of the medium frequency induction heating power supply is completed,and the reliability of the system and the design of the external circuit are carried out according to the fault problem which will occur in the practical application.Through the field simulation test,it is proved that the intermediate frequency induction heating power supply is stable and the temperature control is accurate,which greatly improves the heat treatment effect of heavy oil,and even improves the efficiency of mining.It can meet the requirements of commercial exploitation.
