At present the main method of mining the thick oil is power frequency electric hollow pipe electric heating method. The characteristics of this method is low cost and quick heating. But this method is easy to cause power grid voltage fluctuation, then cause the wastage of the power grid equipment; and the electrical energy utilization rate is low, that cause waste of electricity; its temperature cannot be linear stability control, unable to meet the demand of commercial exploitation of more and more efficiently.To solve these problems, in this paper I use the power supply unit existing in laboratory, based on the research of the working principle of the medium frequency induction heating power source, and use PLC as control core, AC-DC-AC frequency changer circuit as main circuit, designs a oil tube induction medium frequency heating power supply. The load of the power supply is series resonance circuit, through the winding induction heating coil on the oil pipe directly heating the oil pipe. The temperature control strategy using fuzzy PID control, in line with the set temperature and collect the current temperature of the load carry out the voltage regulating work in inverter side, complete the production string medium frequency induction heating temperature closed loop control system, to achieve the stability of temperature control.This paper accomplished the MATLAB simulation of the temperature control strategy. Through complete the production string medium frequency induction heating power supply main circuit hardware design, control software design and the design of PC monitoring system, and aimed at fault problems that occur in the practical application of the reliability of the system and the peripheral circuit design. The production string is proved by field simulation test and intermediate frequency induction heating power supply stable running, accurate temperature control, monitoring interface simple and clear, improve the effect of heavy oil heat treatment, thus improving the mining efficiency, the commercial extraction of can satisfy the system requirements.
