| With the wide application of high frequency straight seam welded pipe in oil and gas transportation and exploitation,the quality of high frequency straight seam welded pipe has been paid more and more attention,however,the quality of the high frequency straight seam welded pipe depends on the quality of the medium frequency induction heating at the weld seam of the high frequency straight seam welded pipe,after the high-frequency straight seam welded pipe is welded,a coarse and brittle coarse crystal phase will be generated in the welding area,resulting in a large residual stress,therefore,it must be heated by medium frequency induction,the study found that the quality of the welding area can be greatly improved by changing the relevant parameters of the intermediate frequency induction heating.The magnetizer has the effect of focusing magnetism in the medium frequency induction heating of the high frequency straight seam welded pipe,but the working mechanism of the magnet conductor in the medium frequency induction heating of the high frequency straight seam welded pipe is not clear.In this paper,on the premise of in-depth understanding of the intermediate frequency induction heating of high-frequency straight seam welded pipes,in the ANSYS finite element simulation software,the numerical simulation of the medium frequency induction heating of the high frequency straight seam welded pipe is carried out,the working mechanism of the magnetic conductor in the medium frequency induction heating of the high frequency straight seam welded pipe is analyzed,the main research contents of this paper are:The intermediate frequency induction heating model of the high frequency straight seam welded pipe is established in ANSYS software,and the relevant material properties are assigned;The magnetic-thermal “double-cycle” coupling calculation based on the physical environment method is realized by using APDL language,and the electromagnetic field and temperature field distribution at the weld are obtained.The influence of common magnetic conductors on medium frequency induction heating of high frequency straight seam welded pipes was studied,by analyzing the temperature field and electromagnetic field generated,the working mechanism of the magnetizer is proposed.Design the magnetizer model,the influence of the parameters of each magnet conductor on the medium frequency induction heating of the high frequency straight seam welded pipe is analyzed,and the “sensitivity” of each parameter of the magnet conductor to the medium frequency induction heating of the high frequency straight seam welded pipe is studied,it provides a reference for the design of the medium frequency induction heating magnet conductor of the high frequency straight seam welded pipe.Design a temperature measurement test scheme for high-frequency straight seam welded pipes under the action of different magnetic conductors,and install test equipment and carry out temperature measurement tests,comparing the measured data with the simulated values,the correctness of the working mechanism of the proposed magnetizer is verified. |
