Oil is a strategic resource for the rapid development of modern industry.After years of mining,China ’s scarce oil resources have become increasingly barren.Most of China ’s oilfield cameras have entered the secondary and even tertiary mining stages.Most oil wells have also entered the range of high water content or even ultra-high water content,so the detection of crude oil water content becomes more and more important.Moisture content is one of the indispensable parameters in the petroleum industry,which is used to formulate a reasonable mining plan for the oilfield and gradually realize the automatic management of the oilfield site.This paper studies and analyzes the factors affecting the measurement results of water content,and puts forward the corresponding optimization correction method.Firstly,based on the propagation principle of high frequency electromagnetic wave in medium,the electric field characteristics of electromagnetic wave in oil-water medium are analyzed,and the factors affecting the amplitude and phase of electric field are analyzed.Combined with the dielectric constant model,a moisture content detection model based on spiral antenna structure is proposed.Then combined with the actual oil pipeline and spiral antenna theory,the parameters of the spiral antenna are selected and optimized to determine the optimal operating frequency.The feasibility of measuring water content by spiral antenna is verified by simulation.On the basis of theoretical analysis and simulation,the hardware circuit and software part of the moisture content measurement system are designed,and the device parameters of the hardware are optimized.Through the analysis of the influence of indoor experiment on temperature and salinity,the correction formula of temperature and salinity is put forward and written into the software processing part.Verify the accuracy of the calibration formula through indoor experiments,with a measurement error within 5%;Simultaneously using BP neural network to process water content measurement data under the simultaneous influence of temperature and mineralization,reducing measurement errors within 5%;The measurement error in outdoor experiments is 5.68%,which is not significantly different from indoor experiments..Experiments show that the proposed spiral antenna measurement moisture content and its optimization correction method is effective. |
