| With the development of society,Steel structure is used more and more widely,The welding process is a special and very important working procedure in steel structure processing.Some inevitable welding defects or residual stresses will appear in the welding process.If it is not controlled,it will cause some local defects.Because it is difficult to resist the external load and the internal stress of the joint effect of destruction,and affect the overall structural safety,So that the steel structure of the local deformation,brittle fracture,structural instability,or even collapse and other serious accidents,The welding quality of steel structure has a direct impact on the quality of the project.Therefore,it is necessary to establish the material supply,preparation,assembly,welding,postprocessing and the whole process of product quality control.This paper analyzes and studies the welding quality of container steel structure,finds out the main factors affecting the welding quality and makes the corresponding improvement.First of all,it introduces the research background of the thesis and the current situation of the quality management of the container manufacturing industry in China,Secondly,it introduces the status of quality management and control of enterprise from the aspects of the quality management process,the process flow,the quality information control flow and so on.Then,the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the quality problem of the container steel structure welding is made by using the statistical technique analysis method,Identify the main factors that affect the quality of welding,namely: human factors,machine factors,environmental factors.Finally,some concrete improvement measures are put forward to the welding quality of container steel structure by using the method of welding quality management. |
