In the process of talent training,experiment teaching plays an important role as an important part of the teaching process.However,due to the limited experiment classes,more students,less experiment equipment and raw materials expensive,and so on reasons,the traditional experiment teaching is hard to let every student has a hands-on opportunity,thus teaching effect is affected profoundly.This thesis is aimed at the electrometric strain test project of pure bending beam in Mechanics of Material Experiment Teaching,and studies the application of virtual reality technology.This thesis embraces the following works:1.The study of the common forms of material mechanics experiment teaching present situation,and the common types of reforming and innovation,researching the necessity and feasibility of the introduction of virtual reality technology in Mechanics of Material Experiment Teaching.2.The study of virtual experimental technology solutions.This thesis makes a comparative related solutions of virtual experimental technology,further studies on solutions of digital modeling of 3 D model,software development platform and software virtual reality platform and so on in material mechanics virtual experiment technology.3.The study of software scheme design of pure bending beam electrometric strain test in Mechanics of Material.Including:pure bending beam electrometric strain test related contents;software general structure design(design concepts,software function and data structure);analysis of the reason of software development system's selection.4.The study of software realizing process of pure bending beam electrometric strain test in Mechanics of Material.Including:model creation,software interface design,detailed design of virtual experiment process,virtual experiment score criterion,virtual experiment process evaluation standard,etc.5.The study of human-computer interaction technology in the software design,through computer programming,realizing virtual operations of the sticking of strain gauge in pure bending beam electrometric strain test,a quarter bridge groups connection,the parameters setting of the testing instrument,multi-stage loading and virtual data show and so on.On the basis of the above work,based on the VB programming technology,material mechanics virtual reality experiment platform is developed,including the experiment preparation,virtual experimental environment display,virtual operating,virtual experiment process evaluation and answers to questions such as contents,through debugging,has obtained a good evaluation result.
