The cycle laminating line is an automatic production line for processing artificial plates.With the intelligent development of industry,the cycle laminating line has been widely used.Therefore,the mechanical equipment teaching of the cycle laminating line is essential.The traditional mechanical equipment teaching has high cost,low efficiency,low interest in learning,and certain safety hazards.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to develop a virtual simulation teaching system for veneer production line.After analyzing the functional requirements through on-site investigation and data collection,a virtual simulation experimental teaching system for the cycle laminating line was designed and developed based on the cycle laminating line of Shanghai Wood-based Panel Machinery Factory :Solid Works software was used for three-dimensional modeling,and the mechanical equipment and working environment of the cycle laminating line were restored in equal proportion,and the three-dimensional model structure was simplified to improve the operation efficiency of the system.Using 3DSMAX software to render the model,improve the authenticity,and make the work animation of the cycle laminating line.Unity3 d was selected as the system development platform,C # was the development language,and the functions of user login,scene roaming,work teaching,equipment disassembly and assembly,and personnel assessment were developed to help students learn the operation process of the cycle laminating line and the structure of its mechanical equipment.The virtual simulation experiment teaching system of the cycle laminating line developed in this paper mainly has the following functions: learning the operation process of the cycle laminating line;learn the theoretical knowledge of the mechanical equipment structure of the cycle laminating line;mechanical equipment disassembly operation training and assessment of the cycle laminating line;carry out knowledge assessment for students.Through this system,students can learn the spatial structure and layout of the cycle laminating line,master the operation process of the cycle laminating line and the structure of the equipment.The virtual assembly module of this system has high real-time and accuracy requirements for the collision detection algorithm due to the complex scene.The traditional collision detection algorithm cannot meet the module requirements.Therefore,this paper designs a collision detection algorithm combining hierarchical bounding box and random collision detection,and verifies the reliability of the algorithm through experiments.The algorithm can effectively improve the efficiency of model collision detection in virtual assembly system and ensure the authenticity of virtual scene.The virtual simulation experiment teaching system of the cycle laminating line includes a complete the cycle laminating line scene.The development cycle is short,the cost is low,the reduction degree is high,and the interest is strong.It can meet the basic needs of the cycle laminating line teaching.It can complement the traditional mechanical equipment teaching method and provide new development ideas for mechanical equipment training.This system can not only provide staff training for special plate processing factories,but also can be used for automation teaching of mechanical specialty in colleges and universities,which has certain social value.
