The diet culture heritage is an important part of the intangible cultural heritage and it is also a new kind of cultural tourism products.It has prominent social and regional characteristics.Lop Nor heritage food culture tourism has deep historical and cultural heritage,its diet and culture has distinct characteristics,and the current development opportunities will be hitherto unknown.The development of int angible cultural heritage and cultural tourism resources the people at Lop Nor eating into a competitive highlight of tourism projects,which has important practical significance to promote the sustainable development of food intangible cultural heritage tourism resources and traditional culture.This paper mainly focuses on developing the people at Lop Nor people non food culture tourism was summarized in detail.Based on the research at home and abroad,through the reading of relevant literature,collation and analysis,the development of related research are summarized,clarifying the related concepts and theoretical basis.From the concept and theoretical induction the intangible cultural heritage,the people at Lop Nor dietary culture,tourism development model and SWOT analysis,tourist behavior theory,experience economic theory,sustainable development theory,the non food culture and tourism industry to double relationship are analyzed,discussed the diet culture is the basis for the development of the tourism industry,the development of the tourism industry to further enhance the stimulation diet wind,three aspects of food culture and tourism combine.Detailed analysis is carried out on the SWOT.In Xinjiang people at Lop Nor diet culture tourism from the intangible cultural heritage.The advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the four aspects of a careful analysis of the overall environment for the development of diet culture tourism in Xinjiang.Then Lop Nor people diet intangible cultural heritage tourism resources development model is discussed.The focus from the delicacy of health,focusing on customs experience,put forward the corresponding development model focuses on the industry chain etc.Finally gave the conclusion and suggestions.
