As the high-level Numerical Control system of has been monopolized by foreign company, this paper dedicates to the research of embedded NC system of cutting machine, which has the independent intellectual property rights.In this paper, after a detailed analysis of the shearing process and control technology requirements, we proposed to an Numerical Control system overall design, which is based of the hardware platform with the core ARM+FPGA and Linux2.6.33+ Xenomai2.5.3 software platform. Then focuses on the system architecture, the division of the function modules and the data exchange of the system, for further improving .After a detailed study of the CNC machining process, this paper introduces the G code design, M code design of the processing. Then it describes the control method of the critical volume, such as shear angle, blade gap and shear stoke. After that, it tells us the control processing of the logic motion.The HMI of the embedded Numerical Control system of cutting machine is a major difficulty in the design. This paper, based on the principle of HMI requirements, establishes the model of UML use case diagram. Then, it introduces the HMI developed environment . After that, it tell us the development of various functional modules, including the HMI architecture, processing modules, monitoring module, parameter modification module and the HMI application interface.Finally,it describes the integrated system of hardware and software and does the system function testing. |
