The warp beam is an indispensable part of textile enterprises.Which is still a difficult problem that realize access and loading the warp beam with automation operation instead of manual operation.This paper prensents a design scheme to solve this problem,the aim of which is to save the warp beam storage area,reduce warehouse or investment in workshop human resources effectively,and improve the production efficiency of the textile industry.The main contents of this thesis include: analysis of the artificial access and loading on the warp beam mode of operation,this paper put forward a solution of system design of warp beam automatic access and automatic loading solutions.For the Structure,shape,size,weight of warp beam,the paper designs automatic clap mechanism,automatic operation,creel and stacker for the use of warp beam.The stacker made of longitudinal traveling mechanism,the lifting mechanism and the composition of telescopic mechanism,which can access the warp beam automatically.Automatic operation of the warp beam is achieved by driving longitudinal traveling mechanism,rotation mechanism and lift mechanism.Automatic clap mechanism can clamp warp beam automatically.Then carries on the analysis to the engineering calculation and finite element software safety verification to ensure the design of automatic access and automatic warp beam loading are reasonable on the system of mechanism.Finally,according to the special design of the system hardware selection,make sure the warp beam automatic access and loading on the system flow chart.According to the flow chart,using the STEP7 programming software to draw the ladder,and programmed to the respective PLC system.The special system is fully able to meet process requirements of warp beam automatic loading and access,which can effectively evident advantage in reducing labor intensity,improving the operating environment,insuring that the limited space is fully utilized,reducing yarn damage and contamination on warp beam,reducing the warp beam storage area,and improving sizing efficiency.
