With the development of science and technology,intelligent workshop production has become the trend of future product manufacturing.In the textile workshop,the warp beam is an integral part of the textile production process.Traditionally,the installation,uninstall,transportation and access of the warp beam are operated manually,with low automation,poor working conditions,large labor intensity and low efficiency.Therefore,it is an inevitable trend for intelligent transportation,installation,uninstall warp beam.Aiming at the special structure,shape,size and weight of the warp beam,design a robot,realizing installation full beam,uninstall empty beam in front of the Warping machine,workshop transport and beam access and loading on one machine with automation,integration of operations.Firstly,the movement trajectory and working mode of the robot are introduced based on the actual working principle.Secondly,the mechanical structure of the robot is designed,and its structure is mainly divided into chassis and telescopic arm mechanism,lifting mechanism,the empty beam arm mechanism,the small car plant for full beam.The working principle of each institution is introduced in detail,the engineering calculation and checking of key parts are carried out,and the static analysis is made by using ANSYS software,which proves the feasibility of the mechanism in theory.Finally,the navigation system of the robot is studied,the structure of the wheel system is determined and selected the way of magnetic guidance.According to the actual working conditions,the model of the motor of the main motion mechanism is determined by calculation.The transport robot improved the working efficiency,at the same time to liberate workers from the bad working environment,making the intelligent development of the textile workshop a significant step forward.
