Research On Quality Plan Of Oxygen Production Project In Zhanjiang

Quality is the primary factor for the enterprises' survival and development.The project features the one-off characteristic,therefore,it must ensure the quality of each link;otherwise,its overall function would be affected.The competition in the iron and steel industry is becoming increasingly serious.For the iron and steel enterprises,the key to the success in the competition is to improve both the quantity and quality of the steel production.Zhanjiang iron and steel project is an important project of the national steel industry restructuring,so the supporting large scale oxygen production project will also be implemented.To ensure that the whole project can go into operation smoothly,it must provide guaranteed quality and attain success for the first time when it goes into operation.In this way,it can reach the standards both in terms of the quality and quantity.On the basis of the quality management process of the Zhanjiang oxygen production project development,this paper conducts research on the quality plan management of engineering project.Firstly,it introduces the basic concepts related with quality plan,the basis and methods of quality plan designing and the implementation of the quality plan.Then,it describes the overview and characteristics of Zhanjiang oxygen production project and analyses the necessities of quality plan.Besides,it also makes a scheme for the quality of the oxygen production project,analyses the quality objectives and organizational system of the project as well as the process and requirements in realizing the goals.At last,it makes use of related theories of quality plan and the IS010005 guidelines for quality plans to study the quality plan of Zhanjiang oxygen production project from the aspects of the quality plan's scope and quality objectives,the input of the quality plan as well as quality management organization and its responsibilities.It also studies the requirements for the implementation of the quality plan's factors,the critical process control and the implementation of the improvements of the quality plan.This paper uses the quality plan theories to analyze the design of the quality plan of Zhanjiang oxygen production project by analyzing the development process of oxygen production project.On the basis of the characteristics of Zhanjiang oxygen production project,it establishes the quality control organizational system by taking the project team as the center and making use of the strength from different parties.It also implements related quality management requirements according to the ISO10005 guidelines for quality plans.This paper can serve as a reference when it comes to design and implement the quality plan management in Zhanjiang oxygen production project,which is also applicable for other similar oxygen production project in China.
