| As one kind of important fragrance and medicine,muscone is widely used in medicine and chemistry.Because natural muscone,which is extracted from decreasing musk deers,have a low output.We can get only lOg from each musk deer.In the international market,the demand for natural muscone exceeds the supply.A large number of synthetic muscone is used instead.Industrial synthesis technology route of artificial muscone is becoming more and more prominent.This paper summarizes several synthesis methods and analyses their merits and demerits.We finally find synthesis from 2,15-Hexadecanedione through ring closure reaction has a very good application prospects.In this article,the factors which affected the rate of each step reaction,such as reaction temperature,reaction time,dosage of catalyst,ingredient ratio and so on,were inquired and the most suitable reaction conditions to ease capacity constraints of muscone were made out.A new competitive economical synthesis method of 2,15-Hexadecanedione was proposed.We took two steps to synthesize 2,15-Hexadecanedione.First,we synthesized 1,10-dibromodecane from 1,10-decanediol by reacting with hydrobromic acid in alcohol at 100℃,concentrated sulphuric acid as the catalyst.Under the optimal conditions,the total yield of 1,10-decanediol comes up to 95.83%.Next,2,15-hexadecanedione and ethyl acetoacetate was added into alcohol underphase transfer catalysis,then put the resulting mixture in alkaline conditions for hydrolysis reactions after removing solvent.The yield of the product can reach more than 75.86%.Through a large number of experiments,we found the most economical route with the highest yield.It can significantly increase the output of muscone intermediate 2,15-hexadecanedione,so then improving the capacity of muscone. |
