In recent years,in the background of high speed development of social economy,and the increasing energy demand,the natural gas as clean energy,low carbon,high efficiency,friendly environment,which have become indispensable important part of energy resource structure.Currently in the process of gas recovery,especially for low yield,sand content and high liquid producing index of operation wells,mainly plunger airlift operation is the main mode of production.Relying on plunger lifting down-hole fluid,the plunger would work,the signal detection of plunger is one of the important mark to identify state of plunger gas lift.But in actual production,because of the influence of the down-hole environment and detection methods,the judgment of detection of plunger is not accurate.In this paper,after analyzing the mode of plunger gas lift,discussing the objects that plunger sensor monitored and judgment of the plunger of measurement standard,after comparison and analysis,to design the research plan of detecting the mark of plunger based on acceleration sensor.In the research plan include the signal characteristics of vibration signal,such as acceleration,speed and displacement,and select the optimal judgment tubing vibration parameters.There are three parts researched in the paper.Firstly,getting through study of digital acceleration sensor and sensor sensitivity calculation,to provide theoretical basis for calculating acceleration data.Studying the effect of acceleration sensor of the dc-error term for velocity and displacement value calculation,discuss the speed and amplitude integral method which based on time domain and frequency domain calculation method.Secondly designing experiments,that adapted to the gas field and indoor and the low consumption instrument based on STM32L152 microprocessor with functions,such as data acquisition,display,storage,model control,communications,and so on,and read the PC data of instrument store data playback software.Thirdly through indoor experiments test the feasibility of the validation protocols,to collect and calculate the characteristic values of all dimensions in vibration,and select the optimal evaluation parameter for the plunger detection. |
