Electrospray technology can improve combustion performance of diesel engine.It is also a effective way that improving power,emission and economical performance.Monomer pump is the second generation of electronically controlled fuel injection system.It is a pressure injection device to produce the injector(or squirt).The plunger hole is the key part in oil storage and pressure generation sites.However,there are still many technical problems with the precision machining quality and reliability in monomer pump plunger hole.For this condition,honing processing technology provides a great solution.Honing is an efficient and precise surface contact removal processing technology.It is generally used in the final stage of whole process.Honing can make the workpiece get a good performance and smooth surface,it is also able to greatly improve the quality of inner hole quality.However,honing tools have many special characteristics: damage properties of whetstone abrasives,irregularities in the shape of abrasive particles,randomness of bond movement,etc.It is difficult to study honing processing mechanism and predict processing results.Second,problems such as honing process parameters optimization and processing control make it difficult to obtain satisfactory surface quality.At present,this technology usually used experimental methods to research,the research works are very heavy.On the other hand,it reflects the high-efficiency,economical and necessity of honing processing simulation methods.Numerical simulation method can shorten the research cycle of honing process technology;in addition,it can help researchers to predict honing process quality and efficiency.Therefore,this article researches on honing process and related technologies by electronically controlled monomer pump plunger hole.It can lay a foundation for this technology and create conditions for the key parts’ machining of electronically controlled fuel injection system.The research work of this article mainly includes the following contents:(1)Studied the characteristics of honing process;clarified the mechanism of material removal in honing process;analyzed the mathematics and mechanics of honing;established a relevant model of honing process.(2)Studied the theory of numerical analysis in honing process;developed the numerical simulation optimization of honing process by monomer punp plunger hole;studied the method of process value conversion by Abaqus software;(3)Analyzed the effect of honing process quality and efficiency by honing stone,honing speed;honing pressure and clamping method;conducted the simulation analysis of honing process by different parameters;obtained the influence of various process parameters on the processing.Finally,based on Orthogonal Test Theory,tested and verified the numerical simulation scheme of honing process.
