With the rapid development of overall economy in the world, the consumption of motor gasoline has increased day by day,and People's requirements for environmental protection has also increased.Meanwhile, the government departments has proposed more strict requirements on the composition in gasoline, especially the content of sulfur. On September 1,2009,the European Union started the Euro ? emission standards which requires gasoline sulfur content of less than 10?g/g.China has started the standards of National ? which requires a sulfur content of no more than 50?g/g for gasoline since January 1,2014.China is going to impose the standards of National ? for gasoline which requires a sulfur content of no more than10 ug / g.Because of mild reaction condition, high desulfurization efficiency, less octane number loss, easy recovery of solvent and many other advantages,a heated desulfurization technology named extraction desulfurization has become a study spot by many other institutes nowadays. In the distillate oil of 80~100 ?,thiophene,2-methyl thiophene and 3-methyl thiophene account for about 1/3 of the total sulfur content of the distillate oil each. The sulfide in 100~120 ? fraction are mainly methylthiophene which accounts for more than 80% of the total sulfur content of the distillate oil. Therefore,it is very important to develop a study on 3-methylthiophene removal from simulated gasoline. In this dissertation, simulation petrol was regarded as raw material, and the3-methylthiophene was removed by extraction. The effects of different types of extraction agents, different roles of adjuvants on desulfurization rate, oil loss rate and agent loss rate were investigated. On this basis, complex was carried out and a complex agents were developed whose desulfurization rate was high, while oil and agent loss rate were low.The effects of extraction temperature, extraction time and solvent to oil ratio on desulfurization rate, oil loss rate and agent loss rate were researched. The results were follows as:(1)The comprehensive effect of single agent: extraction agents ? / ? / ? / ? had obvious desulfurization effect. The second stage desulfurization rate of extraction agent ?could reach 90%,and the sequence of desulfurization rate was ?> ? >? > ?.In terms of oil loss, extraction agent?was much higher than the other three kinds of extraction agents, and the first stage oil loss rate of extraction agent ?was30%,while the second stage was 28.38%.Oil loss rate of extraction agent?was the lowest of all,and the first stage oil loss rate of extraction agent?was 5.33%,while the second stage was 2.13%.In the agent loss, the agent loss rate of extraction agent?was the least, and the first stage agent loss rate of extraction agent ? was 0.46%,while the second stage was 0.32%.The agent loss rates of the other three kinds of extraction agents were almost equal and were more than 1%.The agent loss rate of extraction agent?was the highest of the three, and the first stage agent loss rate of extraction agent?was 2.61%,while the second stage was 2.83%.(2)The comprehensive effect of combination agent:The comprehensive effect of agent(30%?+70%?)was the best of all.The first stage desulfurization rate of agent(30%?+70%?)was 56.87%,and the second stage was 90.83%;the first stage oil loss rate of agent(30%?+70%?)was 9.35%,and the second stage was 8.36%;the first stage agent loss rate of agent(30%?+70%?)was 1.62%,and the second stage was 2.22%.(3)The comprehensive effect of additional adjuvants:adjuvants A,C and D,all of them had obvious effects of reducing oil loss rate and agent loss rate. The combination agent(30% ? +70% ?)added in adjuvants(13.5%A,5%C,1.5%D)was the best, and the desulfurization rate was 85.62%.The oil loss rate of the first stage was 6.13%,and the second was 4.56%.The agent loss rate of first stage was 1.47%,while the second stage was 1.36%.This one should be regarded as the optimal extraction agent.(4)The optimum condition were as follows:agitating time of 30 min, reaction temperature of 40?,the agent/oil ratio of 2:1.
