| The main pollutant of automobile exhaust is sulfide generating by gasoline combustion. It not only damages our natural environment, but also brings serious harm to our health. So many countries put forward higher quality standard for gasoline to limit the amount of sulfur, olefins in gasoline oil and benzene content. In the process of fuel oil desulfurization, ionic liquid regarding as a kind of clean and environmental protection green catalysts and extraction agent, has a good desulfurization effect in the most difficult fuel oil thiophene removal material, so that it attends widely attention. So we need to develop more economic and efficient ionic liquids desulfurization technology in order to provide reliable theory for the ionic liquid desulfurization industrialization.This paper adopting the microwave synthetic method compounds three kinds of ionic liquid intermediates [BMIM]Cl,[OMIM]Cl and [DMIM]Cl, and makes the infrared characterization. It uses the conventional way to synthesize six categories of ionic liquids, such as [BMIM]Cl-nFeCl3,[OMIM]Cl-nFeCl3,[DMIM]Cl-nFeCl3,[BMIM]Cl-nCuCl,[OMIM] Cl-nCuCl and [DMIM]Cl-nCuCl.And it uses the homemade ionic liquids to remove the simulated gasoline sulfur (benzene and thiophene and the mixture of octane, content of1000ug/g sulfur).(1) In the microwave synthesis experiment method of ionic liquids, batch number, microwave power, microwave reaction temperature and reaction material ratio this four factors had a great influence on the synthesis of ionic liquids. In order to improve the synthesis yield, it made the single factor experiment study in the experiments. Then it designed the orthogonal test and determined the best reaction conditions:the microwave reaction batch eight times, microwave power400w, reaction temperature60℃, reactant mole ratio1.2. Under this condition, the synthesis yield of the ionic liquids can be up to96.32%.(2) Through a large number of experimental comparison, it concluded that ionic liquid [DMIM]Cl-2FeCl3desulfurization effect is the best. The single factor experiment determines the best reaction condition of [DMIM]Cl-2FeCl3desulfurization, and the reaction temperature and time was60℃and90min, reactant oil ratio was l;magnetic stirring speed was600r/min.(3) On the basis of single factor experiment, through the response surface method, it determined the optimal condition of the ionic liquid [DMIM]Cl-2FeCl3desulfurization experiments.lAnd the (oil)/v(ils) was1.1; the reaction temperature and time was70.02℃ and109.93min; the best desulfurization rate was80.73%. Under the optimal experimental conditions, using ionic liquid [DMIM]Cl-2FeCl3to remove the sulfide of simulated gasoline, the desulfurization rate can be up to80.56%.(4) Studying the extraction series and cycle performance of ionic liquid [DMIM]Cl-2FeCl3, it recycled six times, until the rate of the desulfurization phenomenon significantly reduced on the fifth. |
