The paper describes in details about the catalytic gasoline desulfurization technology development both at home and abroad.Through the analysis of development trend of domestic and overseas gasoline quality,focusing on the process research work on the newly built gasoline adsorption desulfurization plant,sulfur content distribution rule of catalytic gasoline is simulated;On such basis,the influence factors of the gasoline adsorption desulfurization plant including the adsorbent quantity,reactor pressure,hydrogen partial pressure,temperature and sulfur adsorption capacity have been studied.Meanwhile the adsorbent properties has been effectively analyzed and optimum process parameters has been obtained.The study result shows that the newly built gasoline adsorption desulfurization plant has an important significance to the gasoline production of Sinopec Beijing Yanshan Company.After putting into operation,performance test of the newly built plant has been made.The actual operation of the plant indicates that it can operate stably at high load,desulfurization rate of the product can meet the requirement.Although the antiknock loss of the product gasoline is very big,room for optimization is available,antiknock loss can be controlled in a reasonable range after further optimized operation;The plant utility consumption except recycle water can meet the design specification;The input-output of the plant itself is basically balanced,processing loss is very low;As for the operating load of the plant,the adjustment based on pressure difference increase trend of ME101/103 is recommended while considering high load and long term operation of the plant,the performance test shows that each data can meet the design requirement.
