Sinopec jingmen branch company polypropylene plant was completed and put into production in September 1999,by sinopec in the digestion and absorption Spherippol technology developed on the basis of single tube technology.This process is only one loop reactor,there is no copolymerization,can only produce homopolymerization.The original design annual output of 70000 tons of polypropylene,after many modifications,is designed to produce 100000 tons of polypropylene.Main production narrow-band polypropylene resin PPH T03,two-way stretch film material PPH F03,fiber Z30 S three kinds of products.Along with market competition intensifying,a large number of narrow-band polypropylene resin market impact,in order to get good economic benefit,must according to their own device characteristics,develop some new brands,new products,new benefit growth point through product differentiation.In this paper,we study monocyclic tube process of polypropylene device characteristics,through the way of development and production of a new product to increase the added value of this device of polypropylene products and market competitiveness.Detailly analysed the melt index of PP stretch material,ash content,isotactic degree such as the main factors influencing the product quality indicators.And propylene raw material of this device are analyzed,at the same time analyzed the trace elements in the acrylic materials on the influence degree of polymerization;Based on the different catalyst in terms of activity and impurity resistance,hydrogen sensitivity,contrast product suitability,ultimately determine the ND catalyst for producing the main catalyst of the stretch film;Making good trial production plan,at the early stage of the production and trial production of risk identification and response measures,after the completion of the trial production was summarized.In the process of production of additives for the amount of triethyl aluminum,outside to join electronic body volume,serum concentration control,hydrogenation and the adjustment of the drying temperature,find them and stretch film PP product quality index,the effect of through adjustment,not only to produce PP products to achieve the requirement of the stretch film.Stretch film products produced after contact downstream customer for trial,according to the trial situation further adjustment of production operation,the performance of the products to meet customer requirements.We have implemented the development of new products of polypropylene stretch film smoothly.In polypropylene stretch film for the development of new products at the same time,through optimizing operation process,solving the bottleneck problem has long plagued device production,laid the groundwork for future polypropylene device safe and smooth operation.Through the above research,jingmen petrochemical device successfully developed a PP stretch film of new products,production of PP uniform finished product size and the shape of particles,the detection indicators qualified,to fill the gaps stretch film special resin of history for JMSH,the economic benefits of plant increased significantly.
